From 18 to 29, Qas built a career in tech. Client relationships, project management, navigating complex organisations and developing skills, but something was missing. The corporate path and the creative instinct were pulling in opposite directions.

So he followed the creative one. A trip to Thailand changed everything. There he found Andrew and Tom. Two editors with over fifteen years of experience each, quietly doing exceptional work far from the noise of big agency life.

The three of them built The Small Giant around a simple idea: keep the team small, keep the craft serious, and behave like you're part of the client's team. Not a vendor they manage.

London handles the relationship. Thailand handles the cut. The project moves while your day ends. We're still small. That's the point.
